Peppermint Coasters

Mom really liked today's free pattern from free Crochet. I have to admit they're very festive. I'm not sure that she'd use them as coasters. But they would be nice, to have around now for Christmas.

Floral Ornaments

Over at Free Crochet, I found this pattern. I've always wanted to have a Christmas tree with homemade ornaments. Crochet ornaments to be specific. My Mom made me some as a kid. And I LOVED them! And as an adult, I've wanted to make enough for my Christmas tree.

I'm going to save this pattern. And start on some. Maybe just maybe, by next year, I'll have enough for my Christmas tree. Wouldn't that be darling? Oh, and if you want the pattern too, it's the free pattern today. So hurry and download it!

Gingerbread Doll

This is the free crochet pattern today, from Free Crochet. I think it's just adorable! I want to try and make a few. I think they'd make good Christmas presents for my neighbors. With a basket of baked goods. I'm so excited for Christmas to get here!

Santa and Mrs. Santa

I found this pattern today. It's the free pattern, from Free Crochet today. And this set of Santa and Mrs. Santa reminds me of these decorations I had as a kid.

My Santas were about 3 feet tall. And you'd plug them in. They'd move back and forth, and had candles that would light up. So cute! Now they are at my parents' house somewhere. I wish I had them here. At my house. But I think I might make this pair. I just need to find the actual dolls.
